Although we both work late and sleep late we are not the kind of people that require complete silence, We both get on well and just do as we please. What we are looking for no crazy requirements , All we ask is that you clean up after yourself and are capable of helping with keeping the place Clean, we all help out around here. what we are NOT looking for! If you make smelly Rolly cigarettes and wipe your tobacco all over the floor please don't even bother, we have had too many of those over the years! If you're incapable of putting your dishes in the dishwasher or incapable of using the vacuum you are probably not a ideal candidate :) Bills We get a cleaner every week. It's 10 each a week. Then at the start of the month we put 20 in the jar for household items, Toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, washing powder etc. We have gas for heating and electricity too. bills are every 2 months and split 3 ways. they are usually pretty cheap. We have a dog (Ted) he is king of the jungle and will always be the number one priority around here, If you don't like dogs then this wouldn't be ideal for you. Transport - we are 3 mins from Train station (leixlip Louisa bridge) and there is a bus stop outside our house too.
